We are looking for Pricing Manager /Analyst to manage the Pricing Strategy for the region, providing key insights and recommendations to senior management and determining the short term and long term Pricing Strategy for Bridgestone CIS across all product ranges
Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally with the Sales team to gather, create, track and report all pricing programs
- Analyze, investigate and resolve pricing issues and inquiries in a timely manner by applying knowledge of pricing policies, procedures and internal processes
- Support Sales team members in understanding what the data means and what actions to take
- Collect, validate, analyze, model, and report Pricing data
- Update and maintain product price catalogs
- Establish and foster close relationship with Finance to perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance calculations
- Play an active role in all system related discounts and rebates, including set-up, changes, processing and communicating settlements on a regular basis
- Align with Finance for data & reports validation
- Prepare analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
- Develop / Optimize tools to facilitate the process
- Monthly analysis & reporting or ad-hoc analysis when needed
- Within the Competition Law Compliance framework, develop mechanisms to regularly collect customer and competitive price information; monitor competitive pricing performance and make recommendations in line with BSEU strategy, profit and share objectives; generate actionable insights
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed to meet near-term and long-term pricing objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance
- Industry: Preferably consumer B2C, other industry experience preferred; tyre industry a plus
- Expertize in pricing or Market Intelligence is an asset. Alternatively, a combination of Pricing, Marketing and Sales
- Strong Excel skills (macroses, VBA)
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
