We are currently looking for Office management specialist to join the team.
Our new Office management specialist will:
- Provide business activities of company with high-quality, smooth, uninterruptable administrative support and tools by arranging and optimizing solutions via both 3rd parties’ involvement and personal execution;
- Ensure solutions for administrative services presented to customers at the high-quality level, in time and in cost-effective format;
- Manage administrative activities presented by both 3rd parties’ involvement and personal execution to provide business with uninterruptable services on the high-quality level, in time and in cost-effective format;
- Estimate and implement the budget for administrative activities based on most effective solutions and tools;
- Keep customers informed on administrative services and tools available;
- Ensure back-up mode for support on administrative activities.
The successful candidate should have:
- 2+ year of experience in Office Management operations in mid-size international company;
- Experience in selection and change processes for suppliers in different type of services;
- Intermediate or higher level of English (in speaking and writing);
- Diploma degree;
- Experience in selection and change processes for suppliers in different type of services;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
