Essity is looking for an Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team PH (Professional Hygiene) market. Located in Moscow. This is a position, where Key Account Manager will manage a business with National customers on whole Russia territory in Retail segment (not shelf sales) to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing Gold partners (Auchan, IKEA, Lenta, LeroyMerlin, etc.). Key Account Manager will manage customers in the Retail segments, especially speaking partner will be high level position from head office of the customer in Russia and especially keep contact with responsible person from international headquarters location; develop business based on strong co-operation with customers in the segment. Key Account Manager will be responsible for attracting new customers and developing existing Essity partners. This individual will manage customer development plan and be responsible for presentations, tests and training sessions for customers, and performing administrative functions as assigned. Key Account Manager will be real professional in segment and will be adviser for customer in all specific questions, also person will be segment champion for PH team and represent full segment in company.
Main Tasks
- Leading negotiations with national customers
- Develop relationships on international level
- Develops and conducts training for customer labor force
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, as result proactively prepare actions to secure or increase Essity share in customer portfolio
- Keep contact with market players who supply other types of goods for the segment
- Generate knowledge on market development and customer needs and distribute to internal stakeholders
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales value, identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures
- Conduct joint planning sessions with the customer designed to agree common vision, strategy, goals and actions
- Take part in sales development, marketing actions, customer retention, advertising, pricing, forecasting and strategies for area of responsibility
- Responsible for realizing sales, volume, profitability, market share objectives for segment
Key Competencies
- Minimum 5 years sales experience (B2B preferable) – must have deep understanding customers’ needs (especially in segment) and insight in order to develop and execute efficient sales process in relation to existing and potential business partners
- Minimum 2 year experience in Key Account or National Account Manger position
- Experience in sales for Retail segment as a plus.
- Creative view, possible to think out of the box and implement ideas for success.

- Previous experience utilized a CRM system is highly preferred
