International company Cushman and Wakefield (commercial real estate consulting and services) has opened a new broker position in Retail services
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will organize and participate in projects and market research of Retail properties and sites, undertake marketing and organization of transactions, undertake negotiations on behalf of Landlords, Tenants and Corporate Clients for Retail properties and sites, assist partners in transactions as required, establish and maintain new accounts.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have minimum 3-5 years experience in Retail sector, profound knowledge of Russian shopping centre industry, proved track record in retail, Landlord & Tenant relations. Successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, strategic thinking, excellent command of English.
