Construction Project Manager (min. 5yrs related experience)
1. Role
Assist the Construction Project Manager in overseeing the successful completion of 33 cinema objects in and around Moscow
2. Key Responsibilities & Key competencies
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Check and ensure that each object is being completed on schedule
- Check and ensure that each object fulfills all quality and safety requirements
- Assist with reviewing the drawings to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Assist with reviewing the drawings against the local norms
- Assist with negotiations with the Landlord and the General Contractor on any issues
- Work closely and coordinate with the Construction Project Manager and other CJ CGV team members
3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum requirements
- Degree in a construction-related field
- 5 years of construction field experience
- Good communication and organization skills and a team-player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Autodesk AutoCAD
- Excellent spoken and written English
Highly desirable
- 7 years or more of construction management experience
- Experience of working in a multicultural global organization
- Experience in producing shop drawings
