Позиция:
Sales Force Effectiveness Director / Manager (managerial level)
Location: Russia
Reports directly to: Country Manager Russia
Reports functionally to: AMERA Sales Force Effectiveness
Job Purpose
- Improve overall sales productivity – both sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that every sales person has the required knowledge, skills, processes and support to optimize every buyer interaction
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with first-line sales managers and leaders, sales force effectiveness, education and marketing to develop effective sales process to gain market share and implement marketing strategy in the field
- Ensure sales team understand and execute sales process and sales strategy
- Collaborate across functions to promote sales success through
- Sales tools & process improvement
- Sales KPI and incentives
- Develop simple and customer-centric sales processes, tools and systems, aligned to our strategy and biggest opportunities
- Ensure customers get the right focus
- Promote a customer-centric culture throughout
- Develop and manage a 3-year Sales Force Effectiveness strategic plan, breaking it down into yearly roadmap for execution
- Introduce CRM system across all Partners and get it working
- Manage training vendors to deliver best in class business educational program
- Create and implement dashboard for Partners to track SFE
Requirements
- Degree & above
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales/sales operations/sales enablement experience with global B2B organizations
Knowledge/Experience:
- Direct field Sales and field sales management experience with proven track record required
- Implemented successful sales process/methodology/sales Go-To-Market (GTM)/cycle plan initiatives.
- Worked cross-functionally to develop effective sales GTM/cycle plan decks
- Built & deliver effective sales on-boarding and sales training programs.
- Experience with sales CRM & sales enablement platforms
- Able to create and track metrics which demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity
