Role Summary/Purpose
• This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing all commercial terms and conditions for GE HCS Distributors (further “Partners”), external communication with Partners, product training organization for Partners • and other activities related to Partners Performance Management.
Essential Responsibilities
• Calculating Partners results in HCS format by Zone, by Product;
• Role of ICP-owner of 5 Partners on territory RCIS, maintain strong business relationships this Partner, building and implementation of development plans for ICPs, conflict management.
• Organizing internal PRB (Partner’s Review Board) to discuss all existing GE partners, their strength and weaknesses and decide on whether to renew or terminate the existing Trader Agreements + organizing the follow-up sessions;
• Collecting the targets for Partners to build their individual yearly OP on GE medical equipment;
• Development, deployment and management of commercial policies for ICP’s in HCS format.
• Preparing the Annexes P with approved Terms and Conditions for Partners to each Trader Agreement;
• Creating and maintaining the Partners Data base with all relevant contacts and data;
• Organizing GE Product Trainings for Partners (2-3 times a year);
• Sending the external communication to Partners;
• Find out new commercial opportunities on territory RCIS.
• Designing the Incentive Programs for Partners.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor/master/specialist degree in economics/management/marketing or in other related spheres
• 4-5 years of working experience in commercial department
• Proven track record in channel management
• Fluent English
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
• High level of self-organization together with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision.
