Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of channel marketing professionals driving premium experiences and top level industry
wholesale.
• 360° management of channel activation budget across wholesale, own retail and franchise, including
managing MWB and guiding SWB
• Create a cohesive wholesale and DTC activation strategy and lead the briefing of seasonal tools for all
wholesale and DTC channels across categories, covering both physical and digital content needs
• Drive the cascade of global VM & ISC guidelines to Country/Clusters VM & ISC teams across both
seasonal and mid/long term tools.
• Lead the capture and consolidation of input across all channels and clusters/countries to inform and
influence global sell in and sell out toolkit requirements to ensure seasons and stories land with impact
• Develop detailed marketing calendars for own retail as well as for strategic and key wholesale accounts in
collaboration with the Head of BA and Head of Planning & Media to drive an integrated and consumer
centric seasonal calendar
• Drive brand NPS in VM and ISC planning, aligned with
BUs and CTC strategies
• Ensure excellence of seasonal concept activations at point of sale in
including own retail, franchise and wholesale.
• Drive alignment with Head of Digital Activation to ensure a premium, seamless consumer journey across
all channels
• Drive compliance of local executions in clusters/countries in line with global guidelines across VM & ISC as
well as seasonal campaigns
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior
stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions
(e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Regional languages an advantage, but not required
• Willingness to travel upwards of 20% of time
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• 8+ years progressive channel marketing expertise
• Regional expertise desired
• Sporting Industry experience desired
• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or
Marketing
