A dynamic Technical Sales Executive is required to identify and manage sales of silicones in Russia on behalf of Ruijiang Chemical. Rujiang Chemical is an independent supplier of silicone products solution to coatings, plastics, textiles, agriculture industries in the US, Russia, South America and Europe. The Technical Sales Executive will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial in their approach, enthusiastic and eloquent with experience of sales of silicones, polymer-based products or solution selling.
This key role will be home-based which means the successful candidate will be visiting new and established customers in Russia with a flexible schedule. You will liaise with and coordinate with the internal sales team to maximize the sales opportunities. You will be qualifying and fulfilling sales leads, supervise quotations, and track and measure sales processes.
Key Objectives
• Meet agreed sales growth and gross profit targets.
• Win purchase orders in line with sales strategy from both existing and new customers in Russia.
• Be a strong, contributing part of the Sales-Driven Culture.
• Build relationships between our customers and company; Develop a good understanding of the processes, applications, and technologies of our products.
• Enjoys the challenge of solving customer problems.
Candidate Requirements & Attributes
- Experience with the sales or marketing development of silicone raw materials and knowledge of the silicone application fields.
- The local network and resources in the local organosilicon market
- Communication - effective written and oral communication skills.
- Maintain sound relationships with customers, sales partners, and colleagues.
- Credibility and reliability - make realistic commitments and live up to them.
