Ibis Moscow Dynamo is looking for a positive, always with a big smile, with strong leadership and communication skills Front Office Manager who welcomes and delivers a great customer experience and at the same time feels comfortable with the digital world in our sector.
MISSION:
- Behaves and acts representing hotel management
- Ensures that guests have a smooth running stay at the hotel, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times
- Manages department for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation
- Manages and motivates front office team in order to provide personalized high quality services for guests
- Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
- Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
- Increases revenue through his/her sales efforts and by managing rooms revenue effectively
- Draws up the annual budget for the department, analyses results and implements any corrective actions required
- Implements Brand and Group projects and identity features
