On behalf of an European company, official independent and exclusive distributor of luxury eyewear brands, we are looking for a Specialist to join Customer Service team.
Job responsibilities
- Maintenance of data base (1C)
- Manage the sale order flow: from the creation to the payment, document creation and archiving (preinvoice/VAT invoice, invoice, universal transfer document)
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Contact with clients for aftersales (warranty, returns, damaged)
- Coordinate delivery process, once prepayment has been executed
- Analitical and reporting tasks
- Assist in planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Assist to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Assist to keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Assist to arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Assist to supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Assist in selecting new products and reviewing the old, finding the right suppliers and negotiating prices
- Assist in stock control
Requirements
- At least one 2 or 3 years of working experience in one wholesale company in customer service or logistics
- Good English knowledge both verbal and written
- Ability to organize work and company documentation process
- Ability to show initianive, be self-sufficing and actively take part in company operations
- Ability work in team and good problem solving skills
- Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, 1C)
- Work experience with preinvoice/VAT invoice, invoice, universal transfer document
- University degree (can be unfinished)
