CSJC Multon is a leading Russian innovative company developing, producing and distributing functional food made of fruit: natural juice, nectars and juice containing drinks.
The product portfolio includes 5 juice brands - the Russian № 1 juice brand Dobry, Moya Semya, Pulpy and the premium brands Rich, Innocent. Since 2005 Multon has joined the Coca-Cola System and represents juice business of Coca-Cola Corporation in Russia.
We are looking for experienced and high potential Brand Manager.
Experience
- 3-4 years of brand management preferably in international FMCG
- Experience and knowledge of portfolio management and brand building
- Experience of developing and launching new products
- Experience of leading cross functional projects
- Experience in developing creative campaigns across key touch points (digital, TV, experiential marketing)

- Proactively seeks information of consumer needs and market opportunities, applies both disciplines to drive innovation agenda

Responsibilities:
- Independent brand manager, who will develop and implement long term brand growth strategies, targeting Millennials, to build equity of Pulpy Brand (love and value) and deliver business results (revenue, profit and market share).
- Develops Brand development strategy for upcoming year, aligns it with the key stakeholders:
- Identifies growth opportunities, across consumers, categories, customers and channels
- Creates right brand portfolio to achieve sustainable advantage and differentiation
- Drives and delivers innovation agenda
- Develops and leads execution of activities within the annual marketing campaigns
- Involves cross functions, incl CCH partner, to ensure system commitment to achieve targeted results
- Regularly tracks brand and business KBIs, suggests corrective actions when relevant
- Creates brand’s budget and controls the effectiveness of its using
Creates Brand guidelines and ensures their implementation across all communication elements – ATL, BTL, PR
