Sales Director of Solution Food & Pharma
Role description:
The Sales Director of Solution at Testo Russia is responsible for the managing Solution Sales Department, planning, controlling and implementation of the solution strategy and the positioning of Testo as a solution provider in Russia. We are looking for an experienced manager, who can drive our solution business, lead sales and project teams and establishes long term customer relationships. This includes as well strong acquisition experience and solution business knowledge. The Sales Director is responsible for the marketing of holistic solutions and steers the sales activities in selected customer groups.
Your main duties will be:
- Managing of the department
- Establishing & managing all aspects of the Solutions Division including the key account and project sales teams.
- Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with important decision makers at client companies.
- Developing and implementing short- and long-term strategic business plans and initiatives for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage a sales pipeline, generate referrals/leads and track/follow-up on leads.
- Setting up and support of the relations to key customers.
- Establishing long term customer relationships.
- Conduct needs assessment interviews with clients to develop customer driven audience solutions.
- Focusing and analyzing market development and competitors.
- Budget planning.
- Achieving goals & objectives and increase the sales performance.
- Continuous optimization of business processes.
- Participation in the exhibitions as an exhibitor.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in managerial position.
- At least 5 years’ relevant sales and management experience within national and/or multinational enterprises Proven track record and significant working experience
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong team leading experience and self-management competencies
- Passionate networker with relevant market and competitor knowledge in the food/pharma industry (Food is in the priority)
- You are familiar with the Solution Business and have a strong customer orientation
- Experienced in sales and key account management in the Food/Pharma industry (Food is in the priority)
- Excellent ability of strategic thinking and long term planning skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientation
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Fluent English skills
