The new central Marketing organization within Professional Hygiene (brand TORK) is responsible for steering segment and product marketing as well as brand activation across North America, Europe and MEIA.
The Segment Marketing Manager Professional Hygiene Russia/CIS is responsible for managing and driving the execution of the regional & local segment strategy in Russia and CIS, working with the local Marketing & Sales organization, as well as the Business Unit Marketing Communications & Product counterparts.
Based in our Moscow office the position reports to the Marketing Director Professional Hygiene, Health Care and is responsible for Health Care, Horeca, Industry and Commercial Segments.
Main Tasks
- Based on BU segment strategy and plan create local market segment strategy and plan, including channel development
- Drive execution of market segment strategy and plans
- Define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development (manage segment sales pipeline in CRM)
- Gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select and participate in regional/local Segment associations
- Together with the Product Organization, responsible for securing launch events on country level
- Translate and create (if needed) segment marketing materials
- Select and organize Segment Trade shows
- Lead generation. Validation and follow up activities. (Outbound) Distributor, Trade Shows, Advertising/DM campaigns
- Regional segment subject matter expert. Conduct segment training to sales, including eLearning’s.
- Provide content for different tools sales and marketing digital tools
- Implement ROI model and KPI?s, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions when needed
