HR Workforce Supervisor Russia & CIS ( for the period of maternity leave)

Key Performance Areas
We are looking for a proactive team player who will lead and co-ordinate all the activities related to processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to local legislation and company policies and establish and maintain labor management relation.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the activities of a team of HR Admin professionals and outsourcing company to ensure that the organization's payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Coach and mentor team members and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively.
- Respond to more complex, escalated inquiries from team members and check the work of others to ensure that the HR Admin workflow and payroll is processed accurately
- Contribute to the labor law perspective being represented and developed within applicable parts of the HR coordination responsibility.
- Be up to date on labor law related changes through participation in external networks and other sources.
- Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organization's interests are protected.
- Prepare materials for legal counsel, mediators, and external consultants and manage these relationships to ensure the organization's interests are well-represented.
- Analyze and interpret employment standards, regulations, and laws in order to understand how these impact the organization and adapt employee relations practices as appropriate.
- Sharing and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring implementation of The Sandvik Way within area of responsibility.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-directed and collaborative individual who has strong leadership and local legislation knowledge in addition to effective communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in HR Management. We will also consider individuals with working experience in an HR/Payroll Manager role. Fluency in Russian and English would be a strong plus. Please note that the position is open for the period of maternity leave
