About the Position
- Initiate and drive corporate recruitment programs and projects, Internal hiring program, Employer branding and other programs aimed at long-term attraction and retention of talents.
- Communicate, promote recruitment programs to the HR team and Hiring Managers and other employees.
- Initiate and closely cooperate with Business and HR team for identification of short-term and long-term staffing plans and needs, develop best solutions and deliver results.
- Monitor and gather analytical data on internal and external labor market and trends, transfer data into consistent and accurate information aimed at making informed decisions. Prepare regular and ad hoc recruitment reports.
- Contribute to elaboration of internal and external materials and communications aimed at improvement of KraftHeinz awareness, building presence and visibility.
- Full spectrum of recruitment activities for the company including, but not limited to: hiring need identification, recruitment and sourcing plan development tailored to specific hiring need, search, candidate screening and assessment.
- Be an active team member of HR network to initiate the implementation of best practices as well as be a voice of the company.
- Participate in other HR activities and projects.
Qualifications
Hard Skills & Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in staffing/recruitment
- Experience in driving recruitment projects (e.g. Graduate program, Internship)
- Profound knowledge of recruitment tools and channels
- Fluent English
- Communication
- Result-oriented
- Diligence
- Handling multi-task work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
