WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a social media and content manager to join our People operations department in Moscow office.
Revolut’s recruitment team is working tooth and nail to provide company with the most skilled designers and developers that the world has to offer. Our solid presence at the media and social media platforms would be a great success factor for the whole recruitment process. And that’s where you come in.
You will be responsible for presenting Revolut at all major social media platforms relevant to our target audience to push our agenda, increasing the general brand awareness and audience involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ??
• You will identify all the approachable and hottest social media resources relevant to our target audience, this also includes employer review websites, forums and blog platforms.
• You will develop and implement all the social media pages concepts and provide the information flow on a daily basis.
• You will also develop and manage collaboration projects with all social media celebrities and opinion shapers.
• Your daily routine will consist of media planning, copywriting, content management (texts, pictures, videos) and tracking the efficiency.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED ?
• Strong copywriting skills: you are able to write both any kind of social media post and any kind of text for media — a piece of news, a column, an interview; you are able to do it fast and smooth with no “throes of composition” struggles; examples of published texts is a must;
• Proven record of setting up and developing social media accounts: you are ready to present several examples of successful social media projects implemented by yourself;
• Genuine enthusiasm for IT, high-technology business and fintech industry: you are aware of all the latest news and trends;
• Logical thinking and analytical mindset: you always keep in mind your major goal, you are able to build the most effective process and cost-efficient way to achieve it and analyze your results;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Russian languages;
• Technical background, overall knowledge of IT and programming world are highly appreciated;
• 3 or more years of relevant experience.
