Senior Sales Manager (GE Sensing)
Location: Moscow, Russia
Role Summary/Purpose:
Senior Sales Manager/Team Leader will be responsible for the Flow, Gas and Moisture product line and overall Measurement and Sensing sales team. By developing a winning commercial strategy and driving customer satisfaction, the Sales Team Leader will partner closely with the Commercial Operations, Project Management, Services, product Management, Global Supply Chain and functional teams to drive profitable growth of the Flow, Gas &Moisture and overall Measurement&Sensing product line.
Essential Responsibilities :
Responsible for all sales and strategy activities in Russia & CIS to promote and expand market share for both Flowmeters and Moisture & Gas Analyzers product offering.
- Act as the focal point for the region with the Measurement&Sensing product line leadership, leading discussions with respect to NPI's, new product launches, customer pilots, and cost optimization required to secure key deals
- Review market analysis, customer needs, total market potential, pricing, discounting practices, competitive product advantages, served market advantages, and present market positioning to establish framework for growth strategy.
- Drive aggressive, accelerated growth in Order, Sales and CM. Maintain an accurate forecast in our CRM tool (DealMachine).
- Leverage Install Base knowledge to create aftermarket and service opportunities
- Responsible for alignment on winning strategy with the key partners, including Mutual Action Plans, localization programs, strategic partnerships, alliances, etc
- Understand and develop sales strategy to expand product sales and profitability within the territory which address dynamic market potential and ongoing growth of the business.
- Set and execute individual and group sales objectives and strategies to exceed overall sales and profitability targets. Works with Finance to develop and administer the company’s sales forecast. Cultivates and maintains direct and close relationships with established customers to increase existing business and ensure excellent client relations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree engineering or technical related field
• Experience of work with Flowmeters or Moisture&Gas Analyzers
• Experienced in creating and implementing successful sales and business development plans that clearly define opportunities, goals and objectives within a multi-product sector.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in significant sales, commercial or operational leadership roles in industrial market place
• A well organized, relationship builder with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, outstanding commercial awareness and good all round business acumen
• Previous team management experience would be beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and influence global and cross-functional resources in a matrix environment to deliver desired business results
• Travel up to 50% of the time as required
• Fluent English and Russian both written and verbal
