· Overall Network Development activities - analysis and evaluation of candidates for Toyota and Lexus dealerships, communication on project details with candidate (business plan, layout), construction monitoring, time-schedule control and follow-up for launch of new dealerships, support in arrangements for grand opening ceremony
· Dealer Performance Evaluation (DPE) - annual DPE Policy update, revision of KPIs and procedures, results calculation check, track of dealer's results and perform improvement action plans with dealer's owners and general managers. Support in organization of President's Award for the best dealers. DPE IT system improvement, cooperation with IT supplier
· Study, analysis and cooperation with legal department in relation to different dealers’ issues (ownership changes, dealer agreement violation, etc.)
· Dealer's audits project implementation - arrange and run regular audits of dealer network. Summarize KPIs and results with further action plans Inside Toyota Motor. Communication with external agency and dealers
· Network performance KPIs data collection, processing and analysis
· Keeping Department Policies/Procedures updated
· Prepare summary reports on different dealers’ issues to management
· Running regular document flow – preparation of dealer contracts prolongation, payment documents for accounting etc.
