The Sensing and Productivity division Europe is looking to hire a Sales Director for Russia and CIS.
Role description:
The Russian Territory Director to manage the activities of subordinate and matrix reporting sales- and presales people, and to develop and implement an effective selling strategy for the business in general. This needs a close alignment with all relevant functions as well. The sales director has full and matrixed control over the sales functions and staff within the allocated budget and is part of the higher management team in Europe.
He/she is responsible to grow and build the sales organizations in Russia and CIS, to optimize top and bottom line of the regional P&L for the business. Hire best sales skills to grow the business on a profitable way. Developed high-level (CxO) business relationships with top corporations, alliances and channel partners.
He/she should come with a sound experience in coaching virtual sales team on the way to success and to ensure operational excellence, proper forecasting and a review philosophy. Implement a stretch goal culture. Facilitated collaboration with all lines-of-business and functions within Honeywell on a European and global level to maximize an organized and efficient team-approach

The candidate must bring a solid experience in similar sales leadership roles, the broader AutoID industry and especially a great understanding of the Transport and Logistics markets and processes.
