We are looking for a digital team leader to create a new marketing model to drive the Company’s fan engagement and strong e-presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Organization and implementation of digital IT infrastructure to support the Company’s programme and fan engagement:
- CRM
- Mobile app
- Corporate messengers
- Integration of various components and digital channels into one single environment

2. Digital communication channel management
- Develop and drive SMM, digital editorial strategies
- Promotion and advertisement (Google and Yandex context ads)
- Targeted ads, video ads
- SEO / ASO
- Website (landing pages)
- Mobile
3. Sport fans engagement
Initiate campaigns to drive incremental traffic to build up CRM data base and fan profile.
4. Loyalty programmes
Work with CRM data base and fan insights to create targeted marketing campaigns.
5. Digital content management
Manage content to drive campaign across all digital touch points: Website, Search, E-mail, Mobile, SMM and etc.
6. Websites
Landing pages for all events and its promotion - ads, SEO;
Drive actions to increase website conversion rates.
7. Digital analytics
Advanced marketing analysis of CRM and other channels, campaign effectiveness assessment, KPI’s monitoring;
Analyze competitors’ digital communication strategies.
8. Team management
Lead the implementation of communication initiatives across digital platforms;
5 people in team;
Budgeting and forecasting.
Competences:
- 5+ years of experience serving a full-time digital strategy / digital marketing role;
- Strong Omni channel experience;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
- Profound IT skills (CRM, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrix, Olap cubes, Bitrix webmaster etc);
- Experience in CRM implementation will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of autosport industry will be an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and to collaborate and influence non-reporting teams.
