Inventory Control & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee inventory and administrative function
- Enable a smooth running inventory control process with the goal to achieve planned KPI values (Availability, Month on hand, Stock health etc)
- Develop operation plan according to departmental strategy and implement changes if and when necessary
- Develop and maintain the relations with our vendors to ensure smooth parts supply
- Monthly report with inventory analysis and actions to improve it if planned KPIs are not achieved
- Communication with other company sections (Logistic, Technical support, Parts sales)
- Inventory team management (1-2)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE
- Diploma or University Degree in Commerce or Technical
- Good knowledge of inventory planning or supply chain management
- Proven parts inventory control or warehouse operation background
- Over 5 years’ relevant experience
- People management skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Able to work independent and be self-motivated
- Effective decision-making, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- A team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- English Upper Intermediate is a must
