We are currently lookong for Sales Analyst to support local sales function in opportunity management tracking, forecasting sales plans, preparation of analytics and implementation of reporting processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides Sales team with opportunity management tracking, providing frequent reports on the sales cycle, reporting progress and highlighting potential «dangers» on opportunities.
- Coordinates sales opportunities activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting and business lines.
- Provides program and project management support to document and coordinate deal processes and system rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans.
- Provides with necessary and updated analytics for implementation of pricing policy.
- Building analytic processes for support workflow Supply Chain, Marketing and Financial Teams.
- Organization and improvement of reporting and communication processes.
- Preparation of analytics in terms of crucial management operations (partners, trade channels, personnel and range) and key efficiency indicators
- Forecasting sales plans
Requirements:
- Higher education, technical back ground and/or past work experience with technical products is an advantage
- Previous experience with foreign company 3+ year and minimum of 2 years relevant analytical/finance/sales or marketing experience
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proficient user of SAP BW module as a must
- Stress resistant, good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of English both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills
