We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our CIS sales acting as Deputy VP responsible for sales and operations of our Client.
The goal is to generate higher profit by utilizing better Company’s market share in CIS and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth
- CIS sales director adds value to our Clients' growth activities by leading daily sales and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- An excellent Sales Director has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and implementation abilities as well as strategic thinking
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of CIS sales acting as Deputy for Company’s executive VP - Sales & operations.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategy for CIS sales.
- Determine growth potential, allocate sales resources accordingly and finds success in collaboration with cross-functional peers.
- Responsible for annual CIS sales budget including all SGAs related to the responsible activities including personnel expenses.
- Evaluate the existing sales organizational structure and to make it more profitable and efficient
- Responsible for managing the team: developing people’ existing skills and building the new ones to maintain efficient and effective execution of duties and meet the targets, building the Team Reserve; acquisition of new talents in collaboration with HR
- To be responsible for tracks and reviews actual sales results, weighing against the set targets and business KPIs in order to determine the effectiveness of sales initiatives and implement necessary changes and solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CIS Sales director or other relevant role
- Goal and target oriented
- Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and management skills with a strong leadership approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Upper/Intermediate English. BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
