Accounting & Document Control Manager
Role will be primarily focused on coordination of inter-company and RF non-residents document flows and payments, coordination of document support for marketing projects & expenditures, providing timely support to Accounting team on all issues related to inter-company deals at local and international levels and deals with non-residents of RF; reporting to the Chief Accountant.
Please only apply for this role if you agree to a 1,5-year Fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising of Inter-company and other contracts with non-residents of RF (including keeping register, initiating amendments if needed), obtaining of tax certificates and letters from Beneficiary owners of income; coordination of creation and signing of initial documentation;
- Coordination of the timely provision of documents to the bank and administration of internal approval forms for timely payments to non-residents of RF;
- Supervising and Coordination of agreements between Russian legal entities and initial documents; coordination of timely signing, making amendments if necessary, coordination of timely payments and set-offs;
- Creation of specifications to the content purchase contracts (with third parties, including RF non-residents); obtaining of tax certificates and letters from Beneficiary owners of income –for RF non-residents; coordination of creation and signing of initial documentation;
- To put control on proper document support of marketing expenditures;
- Participation in projects, initiated by Finance team, including electronic document flow project and other relevant projects;
- Other tasks provided by the Chief Accountant
Role specific skills / Attributes:
- Higher education;
- Background in Accounting (more than 2 years’ experience at Accounting department);
- Organized and attentive to details;
- Multi-tasking with a can-do attitude;
- Profound user of MS Office;
- Excellent Time Management;
- Readiness for routine tasks;
- Good command knowledge of English.
Background:
- This role is dedicated for both strengthening the existing document flow processes as well as implementing a number of projects. Such projects would be driven by Finance team (on global and local levels) and would transform the operation processes for RCIS business, playing the key role in statutory compliance area. Due to the nature of the projects, the position is offered on fixed-term basis.
- This is a 1.5-year full time position (40 hours per week) on an outsourced basis (fixed-term contract).
