STRATEGIC CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Achieve assigned strategic objectives and quota
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with owners, managing directors, and sales teams of partners organization
- Grow Honeywell share within partner’s total business
- Complete Mutual Account Plans and quarterly reviews with all partners, execute with urgency, and achieve planned results
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between customer and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential strategic opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent experience level
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales (automation industry) as well as product sales to SIBUR entities.
- Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
- Proven track record of success in the industry/ business environment
- Experience in building and maintaining commercial relations (customers and partners)
- Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning
- Marketing and project management experience is desirable
- Previous working experience in a complex organization
- Understand the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has to offer
- Strategic thinker with solid Account Management Planning
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
