Role Summary:
As Services Sales Consultant, you will lead sales cycle (opportunity qualification and engagement, value creation, sales strategy, closing and contracting) for Core Services in Financial Retail Banks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract base with existing customers (changes, add-ons) based on local requirements
- Enable Services footprint development and Core Services Sales within Retail Banking customers through in relationship with Account Teams
- Be the customer advisor and position NCR as the service partner to deploy, support and manage ATM networks (deployment projects, HWM, Managed Services)
- Identify, qualify and validate service opportunities (lead generation) with Account Managers and Service delivery
- Define scope, winning strategy and value selling in relationship with Account Managers
- Lead bid process and coordinate internal resources (Subject Matter Experts, Service Architects, IT/PS consultants, Pricing, Operations, Legal) for solution design and financial (P&L) approvals
- Lead solution development to customers (presentation, scope validation, price levels, transition timelines)
- Engage with the in-country and regional delivery organizations to ensure required skills and capacity are available and prepared to support the execution of the services
- Ensure proper opportunity closing and contracting to enable transition to Delivery
- Lead opportunities funnel development, sufficiency in regards to objectives
- Accountable for service revenue generation and outlooking (transactional and recurring revenue)
Requirements:
- +3 to 5 years’ experience in Retail Banking Industry IT Services (Business development, Sales)
- Experience in Solution Architecture of Outsourcing deals, ITIL alignment
- Banking Operations Outsourcing and or Managed Services experience
- Technical knowledge of Transaction Processing and Bank Core Systems
- Deep understanding of Banking Operations
- Capable to virtual lead teams in a matrix organization, to interact with customers
- Able to lead business and functional requirements workshops
- Strong in negotiating and contracting
- Ability to establish partnership with 3rd parties
- A Solution oriented mind-set
- Capability to think-out-of-the-box
- Attitude to overcome obstacles and to act as a “marker maker”.
