Position Purpose: Under the supervision of the Commercial Director develop and implement a key account strategy aligned with the Business Strategy, relationship strategies, account planning, sales budgeting and demand planning for select key accounts in fats and oils sales as an ingredient in various food categories.
Responsibilities:
- Establish/support/develop relationships with existing and new customers - key accounts through regular phone communications, meetings, special customer events to fully understand customers' needs and market trends/preferences. Sales of oil/fat products from the Efremov oil plant and other Cargill plants to Russian (CIS) customers and export: identify and establish primary contacts with new contacts, build relationship using zipper model, discuss and sign Service Level Agreements, develop, revise and confirm open price models, provide prices, discuss/agree on main transaction terms, confirm new business transactions, provide provisional delivery plans to customer service and production etc. Annual sales budget execution in terms of volumes and overall contribution margin in accordance with goals set up by strategy- 45%
- Execution/participation in special business projects (e.g. feasibility study of new products or sales regions). Educating the potential consumers on new products and services developed as a result of these projects. Performing trials of new products with the customers. 25%
- Get and analyse sales data, discuss customer product requirements, prepare and execute Customer Development Plans.10%
- Contract execution follow-up (based on actual performance and customer feedback), complaint resolution supervision (together with TS, FSQR and CSD specialists), customer payment performance monitoring (together with respective collection specialists); monitor customer market exposure/risk. 10%
- Provide inputs for business planning and measurement processes, including market data analysis, sales forecasting/budgeting for specific customers and products.5%
- Coordinate and manage various business supporting activities, incl. sales budgeting, monthly updates of the demand plan, coordination on IBP (integrated business planning) execution, manage credit exposure with customer base including collection of past due accounts. Perform other miscellaneuous/administrative tasks, such as providing new customer details for JDE systems, requesting new/revised payment terms for customer. 5%
Requirements: - min 5 years experience in the area of B2B or B2C key account management;
- successful projects implemented with the key accounts;
- readiness to travel across region and abroad (not very often);
- good verbal and written communication skills, min Upper Intermediate Level of English is required;
- good analytical, planning and presentation skills.
- College degree in economics/finance/marketing;
- Ability to setup and manage multiple priorities;
- ability to handle confidential information;

- consistency, integrity and execution discipline;
- ability to manage conflicts efficiently.
