GSK prescription medicines are intended for treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic diseases (COPD, Asthma), including a number of rare diseases (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Systemic lupus erythematosus). Now we are looking for Regional Market Access Manager, Central Russia.
Market Access Manager products will be responsible for development and execution of the market access strategy and support of reimbursement and health-economics efforts for the hospital public market and improvement of access for GSK products.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure access for GSK products with public payers through all available funding channels
• Build and execute Access and pricing strategies for hospital brands and design appropriate customer and accounts models
• Actively contribute to development and execution of overall GSK business strategy through integration of access in a coherent and actionable manner
• Responsible for reimbursement submissions and negotiations across affiliates in the Russian Federation; provide guidance in case of positive reimbursement decisions
• Manage and coordinate all activities for Russia related to payers
• Shape value proposition for key external accounts, reflecting market specific needs and applying GSK quality and scientific standards
• Engage with external stakeholders in key regions and public funding segments to inform and validate specific products market access strategies
• Facilitate development, introduction and execution of innovative access solutions and projects reflecting the specific needs of Russia thus ensuring appropriate access
• Develop and implement comprehensive product and launch training program on brands and on value propositions for KAM team.
• To develop viable relationships within key customer groups at local, national and regional levels
• Scan external environment to identify and analyze trends/changes which will influence access, and their implications for GSK
• Shape health policy by identifying, building and leveraging strong relationships with key external stakeholders
• Identify, build and leverage strong relationships with key external stakeholders influencing access to treatment in hospital segment
Responsibility for Central Russia.
Qualifications:
Reimbursement & Market Access or within Healthcare Payer/Provider or academic institution or Market Access consultancy
• Proven ability to include innovative medicines in positive lists and publicly funded healthcare programs in Russia, including EDL, ONLS and regional programs
• Driven substantial results for in-market growth of high value products
• Seamless collaboration across the organization in a cross functional team (very strong team-worker)
• Perfect knowledge of the environment, legislation, policy and decision-making process in healthcare Strong understanding and adherence of compliance standards
• Strong understanding of value dossiers, demonstrated ability to translate / adapt those to a Russian Value Proposition, including payer specific messages and communication tools
• Developed network with key decision makers / authorities in Russia (payers, policy, medical, patient advocacy)
• Proven experience of working with hospital and OMI Fund stakeholders
• Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical action, identify the highest impact ideas / plans and focus efforts by resource allocation
• Ability to establish excellent working relationships with cross-functional team, regional and global internal stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Independent and pro-active self-starter who operates with a strong sense of ownership for projects and results
• Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize data/insights
University degree in Science, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable.
