An exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist in the field of special chemistry to develop our product range in additives and special fluids market.
The successful candidate will be in charge of the following missions:
- Promote sales of Special Fluids: solvents, plasticizers and other special chemical products (B2B);
- Perform market analysis and propose a marketing and sales strategy to increase business with existing accounts and develop business with new customers
- Cooperate with and report to the global business units;
- Provide first and second level support to our existing and potential customers;
- Manage major accounts and negotiate conditions and contracts;
- Identify and realize cross selling potentials;
- Be aware of all relevant tenders in the industry and ensure participation;
- Reach the targets and goals set in sales volumes, and gross margin on variable cost
- Control technical documentations, provide technical advice and assistance;
Profile:
- Master in Technical Science (Engineering/ Chemistry)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in chemical products and specialties, working with laboratories, knowledge and understanding of price formation, incoterms.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy and sales of products are highly appreciated
- Customer-oriented, able to learn person with good analytical skills, initiative capacity, negotiation skills and self-management.
- Discipline, ability and desire to work with large volumes of information and a high level of responsibility.
- Upper - intermediate level of English is required.
