Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Operational Managers (Director of Anotech Russia, Business Development Manager, Admin/HR Manager, and Recruitment Manager) in Moscow office
- Handling the Front desk part including: handling switchboard and phone calls, meeting and greeting guests
- Dealing with documents: coordinating couriers (w/ DHL & City Express), scanning, sharing with the head quarter or third parties and archiving documents
- Reviewing Invoices of suppliers, classifying documents
- Placing purchasing order for office supplies replenishment
- Reviewing Expense Reports of employees (Checking consistency between receipts and expense reports, approval based on the established corporate policy)
- Handling logistic of Corporate employees (Business Trips, Taxis transportation)
- Handling logistic of Specialists (Taxis in Moscow only)
- Delivering or picking-up Documents from or to third parties
- Handling translation of Documents (w/ translation Agency)
Requirements:
- High education (Bachelor’s degree)
- Previous experience in office Management or Administrative sphere would be a plus
- Fluent level of English is required; knowledge of French language is a plus
- Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, responsibility, discipline
