Role: SFE Business Analyst
Reporting To: SFE Head
Location: Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Moscow, Russia
Purpose: To drive business performance in different channels (RX, OTC, commerce) & teams of Russia Business through: execution excellence and process adherence by leveraging Technology for Business enablement.
Education & Experience: 3 years undergraduate degree , Post Graduation (preferably , not mandatory), 3+ years of experience in SFE or related areass (Driving business through right sales process by leveraging technology) in Pharma in Russia.
Knowledge: CRM/CLM systems, Pharma Business knowledge (strongly on sales side), sales distribution knowledge, Technologies used in sales organization.
Additional requests (must!!!)
- Should have worked in Pharma Sales & marketing analytics space like field force call analytics, Field Force brand exposure analytics, PDE calculations etc
- Should have good conceptual knowledge of basic statistics like co-relation analysis, forecasting
- Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (comfortable with working with Macros, Functions etc)
- Should have worked extensively with at-least one visualization tools like (Tableau, Qilkview, MicroStrategy etc)
Behavioural Skills:
-High Analytical ability to interpret non- obvious data& to provide recommendation of performance improvement
-Business process description& BRD preparation
Adoption tracking
- Drive quality and quantity adoption tracking for the project pillars, and communicate the reports to the relevant recipients (top management, ZMs, etc)
- Planning:
- Quantity tracking based on reports provided by Whitebox (reports discussed earlier, requirements shared with IT)
- Quality tracking of GEPs as per previous discussions
- Review:
- Tracking Action Summary fill rate based on reports provided by Microstrategy (reports discussed earlier, requirements shared with IT)
Leaderboard:
- Tracking Leaderboard scores and ranks based on reports provided by Microstrategy (reports discussed earlier, requirements shared with IT)
Execution, One client view: As per requirement post development
Coefficients
- Responsible for the coefficients timely update for usage in GEP, Progress and other related tools
- tracking the accuracy of the coefficients and making updates to the values accordingly
Interim effectiveness tracking (forecastiong) :
- Track operational processes flow and alert owners about deadlines.
- Create communication materials to share with process owners and management.
- Ensure timely communication between departments on cross-functional dependencies.
