Responsibilities:
- Collects all necessary documents, which are necessary for the payroll, within a given period of time, keep track of calculations and correct data input into payment system «1С», as indicated in the Russian Federation legislation, regulations and procedures of Colgate-Palmolive as well as in the «1С» manual.
- Run payroll calculations and enter information into the payment system «1C»: employment, termination of employment, transfer to another job, changes in salary, run meal allowance calculations; make calculations of the medical insurance retention, lump sum bonuses (if it is necessary), the size of the compensation package and rewards (if required), retention (if needed) and so forth, make relevant reports
- Check payroll for HUB Representative offices (RO): provide employment, termination of employment, transfer to another job, changes in salary to RO; payroll sheet check (SAP vs. pay sheet)
- Initiates and implements automatization processes related to personnel/payroll area.
- Makes accurate personnel statistical reports within a given period, if required provides Line Manager or Colgate Palmolive Management team from other countries with other personnel information
- Support medical insurance process.
- Expats administration and migration process leading and coordination.
- Consults others on the issues of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, personnel procedures, policies and programs, including changes in the legislation; assists into solving issues which concern employment relations management particularly when there is a risk to make illiquid decisions; reviews personnel documents and procedures in order to unveil legal issues.
- Works out drafts of local regulatory acts in the area of employment relations, personnel and personal paperwork, conforms documents to the Management team, legal and finance departments of the company; implement these documents into the company’s activities.
- Collect and if necessary make copies of documents for the officials (Labor Inspection, Social Insurance Fund, Pension Fund, Tax authorities etc.) as well as for internal and external auditors (including SOX).
- Prepares job descriptions in accordance with Legislation.
- Check expense reports for relocated employees (relocation into new area, home trips, tickets, and luggage). Check details with employees agreement).
Requirements:
• University degree;
• Experience in HR Admin;
• Perfect knowledge of Russian Labour legislation and Migration law;
• 1C, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint advanced user, SAP (preferred)
• Upper-Intermediate English.
