Design and implement a business plan for Russia, setting out clear financial and operational objectives, as agreed and approved by GGS management.

Be accountable for the sales growth and profit performance of Russia.

Develop clear customer value propositions, products and marketing plans.

Establish and develop key customer relationships.

Develop Company and business stream synergies to create and promote customer solutions.

Specify product, systems and service development requirements.

Develop and manage an effective sales, marketing and technical team.

Manage cultural change to ensure that the Russian business is entrepreneurial, creative and innovative. Promote the Glory Spirit Behaviours.

Ensure the effective implementation of human resources policies and procedures within the guidelines established.

Build an effective Russian management team, planning all aspects of personal and skill development, training and resourcing to ensure that the team has the necessary capability to deliver a customer focussed service.

Create and develop a world class nation-wide sales network with local representatives.

Promote sales of products manufactured by the company’s affiliates in order to achieve sales targets as set by managing director, EEMEA.

Adhere to and ensure all team members adhere to all business disciplines required by GGS and managing director, EEMEA. (for example CRM, forecasting etc.)

Manage daily operations of the company and fulfil the participants and board of director’s resolutions.

Organise and control reporting and accounting of the company.

Organise and control the work of the company personnel.

Control labour discipline and compliance with the internal rules of conduct and labour laws.

Organise interaction with the government executive bodies, institutions, organisations and companies as needed for the company’s operations in accordance with its charter.

Regularly inform the participant and the board of directors in respect of the company’s activities and its financial state.

Submit reports upon to the participants and board of director’s request.

Ensure timely payment of taxes by the company.

To take responsibility for product development ensuring that the ‘New Product Development’ process (from idea generation to market assessment to technology research to product development) is effective.
