Role Summary:
Primary Care Leader is accountable to grow sales revenue and margins for a specific GEHC product/ product range or segment within RCIS within a European Region. He/ she optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential for product/ product range or segment in order to achieve the Operating plan in RCIS.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Updating the European Accessible Care Team of evolving market and customer needs to drive the continuous product offering adapted to local market needs;
- Building, reviewing and optimizing the distribution network regularly to communicate with peers in Europe to exchange information;
- Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles within the Product Business unit and Geographical Region;
- Providing input to and contribute to the yearly business planning cycles for their Business unit and Geographical Region e.g. Growth Playbook, Session II;
- Continuously updating their understanding of customers changing clinical and and/or operational issues and challenges;
- Understanding and analyzing market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities;
- Leading, educating, coaching and directing the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the products/ service within the assigned territory;
- Acting as a reference point to the Region/ Zone sales channels regarding differentiation of their products. Is accountable to ensure compliance and execution with regional Account Managers and Region Managers;
- Is responsible to ensure that all team members utilize the required sales systems to create pipeline visibility and assist accurate forecasting;
- Driving ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field;
- Strong business acumen;
- Financial and organizational skills;
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills;
- Presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer first attitude;
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);
- Fluent in English and Russian languages.
