Requirements:
Understanding of e-commerce business (both direct and indirect):
- Market landscape & trends, key players and drivers of e-market
- Consumer path to purchase (omni-channel) – touchpoints and how they work for beauty
- Understanding of e-toolkit to win online - traffic acquisition tools, conversion & web analytics tools, brand content & UGC, fulfillment process optimization (D2C)
- E-retail strategy – ability to develop and implement ACD strategy (clients/categories, content, differentiation&discoverability, promo toolkit) with help of Indirect e-commerce team
- Ensure effective communication process between e-commerce and marketing teams. Effective distribution of e-content.
Understanding and experience in Digital Media:
- SEM
- Display/Programmatic/OLV
- Social media marketing
- CPA/Affiliates
- Ability to develop effective media mix and digital creative execution specifics excellence
- Ability to apply this knowledge when developing Media strategy with marketing teams and agency, in the process of media plans development and evaluation.
Ability to transfer this knowledge to Marketing and Digital population.
- Close collaboration with CDO team (corporate Digital Media manager and in house trading desk) on dashboarding/benchmarking and keeping up to date with group guidelines on tagging/campaign management.
- Building partner relationships with media agencies
Understanding and experience in CRM:
- Clear vision on strategic importance of Data – ability to develop ACD CRM strategy to generate incremental revenue (media, direct communications, loyalty programs, web-services and personalization)
- Data acquisition and management principles understanding (including data storage and operations stack ecosystem)
- Close collaboration with corporate CRM manager and CRM agencies stack (Oggetto, LoyalMe, MindBox).
People management and other skills:
- Upskilling of Digital & Marketing population
- Management of Digital group projects with help of ACD digital population (piloting of CDO projects or implementation of group global/zone solutions on ACD level)
- Strong collaborative skills – ability to effectively communicate and achieve results in complex digital ecosystem, which includes marketing, commerce, medical & trainings departments, LORU Digital teams (CPD, PPD, LLD and CDO teams), CMI and international teams (CDO and DMI)
- Fluent or advanced English (to be able to achieve the point above)
- Drive change – be the one to bring new ideas (and/or encourage teams to come up with ideas and utilize test&learn approach), tools and processes, define areas for improvement across different functions. Agile mindset, focus on learning & development (own and others)
- Ability to “sell” ideas and influence adjacent functions to create working groups and execute ideas
- Strong presentation skills.
