Caudalie, a French cosmetic company is looking for a Retail & Education Manager for its Moscow office.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Working experience in the cosmetic Industry not less than 5 years as Retail & Education manager, Head of Sales Force or as a training manager
- Management experience is a MUST
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.
- English level advanced.
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a MUST, good communication skills and team work.
Key Objectives:
- Manage, train and motivate the Commercial Representatives & Beauty Advisers (both internal and external).
- Gain market share with a strong sell-out animation, education and incentives plan.
- Reach retail sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Increase the customer database.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, educate & develop the Sales Force team (staff = 20+)
- Manage the Sales Force career and personal development
- Define, set and control the retail sales targets (sales, basket, animations) on monthly and quarterly basis
- Create a competitive bonus and incentives plan to reach out retail targets
- Set and execute the training plan & budget for both internal and external sales force
- Ensure the implementation of the visual merchandising, stock and marketing offers in stores
- Partner with the European retail sales & education manager. Travel to France at least once per quarter
- Support CIS distributors on education, at least 3 travels per year
- Participate in the Caudalie’s strategy and budget process
- Report to the Commercial Director and General Manager
Agenda of working time:
1. Distribution of working time:
Monday, Friday – working days in the office;
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – field working days - Mandatory.
2. Business trips in Russia, France and CIS markets.
