General Duties:
- Active representation of the Company’s interests.

- Contributing to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group.

Key Strategic and Operational Duties
- Develops marketing strategies (crops/ regions/ segments)and drives market and competitor analysis and forecast in cooperation with technical marketing and communication for respective crops
- Actively contribute to the development of the country and APE Crop Strategies and the Go-to-Market approach strategy in close cooperation with the country regional marketing and sales community.
- Ensure impactful participation in European Crop Team in order to contribute to the definition of the European Crop Strategy. Participation in the definition of competitive medium-long term scenarios including assumption definition and identification of trends and ensuring the approval of the most country relevant business cases.
- Development of promotional initiatives and local market analyses in cooperation with regional marketing
- Define communication framework and promotional activities in collaboration with the TCM, regional marketing and Sales for the respective target groups, utilizing the CRM System
- Ensures the monitoring of the sales, product availability and financial results on product level, identifying deviations and take necessary corrective action. (S + OP Process input)
- Defines target customer base across sales roles and regions per crop
- Develops portfolio and customer segmentation
- Accountable for crop/brand promotional materials and planning of marketing activities (information supply, regional coordination and cross-functional coordination on country level, ensuring implementing the agreed measures in the defined focus regions)
- Concept development and execution of pre-launch.
- Development of product portfolio, ensures effective positioning of the products
- Provide consultancy to regional country marketing teams
- Define product bundles by Crop.
- Impactful participation of APE Crop teams
- Ensures sustainable mid and long term development of portfolio lifecycles by defining LCM projects in alignment regional with APE crop teams
- Ensure full inter-functional cooperation with technical and sales department
Education:
- University Degree in Agriculture or similar discipline
- Proficiency in Russian and English both written and spoken
