Responsibilities :
- To bring additional volume and value for category total and Danone, to increase penetration into category, frequency of purchases and ticket size through realization of Danone CatMan strategy in stores;
- Reach targets for share of assortment (SOA), power assortment listing and catman projects in key clients;
- Management of current portfolio and support to create portfolio strategy: assortment strategy by channels, by client, by territory. define gaps and quick wins, help to improve changes with sales team;
- Help in making recommendations to the trade in its category management decisions: assortment, shelving, merchandising;
- Lead catman projects with key clients to sustain category growth and Danone market share:
- Develop and educate regional catman managers, leading them to achieve targets for SOA, Power assortment and catman projects;
- Initiate, coordinate and implement regular category analyses with internal stakeholders and clients, provide information needed for category potential seeking;
- Develop and sustain regular processes and reports in catman, including measurement and analytics of sale and category metrics;
- Define right assortment by client/channel/territory;
- Support matrixes on-time update with INNOs and quarterly in-outs; find opportunities for regular assortment and INNos listings/ND/WD increase;
- Interpret data and find category opportunities to reach SOS>=SOA>=MS;
- Create and lead category strategy by client according to 3xWINs model;
- Develop and sustain shelving and merchandising standards in clients;
- Plan-o-grams and schemograms creation;
- Catman projects leading;
- Create presentations for clients and internal stakeholders;
- Develop communication with other departments: Sales, Marketing, CI, PRGM;
- Regular field visits with the team and cross-functions with feed back creation and constant follow ups.
Requirements: - High education;
- 6-10 years of overall professional experience, preferentially in Western FMCG company;
- At least 3-4 years in Category Management; Experience in Sales/Trade marketing is a plus;
- Experience of building relations and leading negotiations with retail clients;
- Strong analytical experience; Advanced user of Excel and Power Point, Spacemen;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Strategic thinking;
- English at upper-intermediate or advanced level;
- Experience in managing team of 3+ members;
- Distance team management is a plus;
