Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for Russia (CIS territory experience is additional value)
- You will be responsible for driving the growth of Quest Systems Management and Information Software Solutions. (Windows management, database management, cloud management, data protection, endpoint management and application performance monitoring).
- Working closely with Quest customers partners
- Advising customers on Quest Systems and Information Management solutions in line with market and competitive factors
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive higher value offerings within your targeted accounts and provide increased value to key customers
- Providing sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities
- Aligning effectively with Quest channel partners
- Account planning, sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources
Key Requirements:
- This role is a combination of a customer sales role and a partner development role
- Successful software sales experience, and experience selling into large companies
- Strong channel engagement experience
- Experience in working with and engaging senior business people
- Ability to engage strategically with customers to create large software transactions
- Ability to engage with new partners on a business level to convince them to invest in building a Quest competency, and supporting the partners growth
- Proven success in previous roles and ability to articulate reasons for success and strategies adopted
- Candidates could either have worked at technology vendors, IT distributors, or business partners
- High energy and entrepreneurial
- Good IT industry relationship networks
- Strong references
- Fluent English
Essential requirements:
- Extensive sales experience focused on selling IT Systems Management, Datacentre Infrastructure or Data Protection solutions
- Deep expertise of market trends that impact on Quest’s customers
- Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ experience (ideally 8 years)
