Channel Sales Representative - Russia
Our client is a global IT services company creating and merchandising enterprise software, hardware, and services that help organizations draw deeper value from their business information.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and development of Office Equipment products on the market of Russia.
- Develop and maintain account relationships with selected dealers and distributors in a specific region/territory. Management, planning and executing all sales activities, training events (including service), and marketing opportunities with the dealer account for a region with the main emphasis on continued growth and profitability.
- Cooperation and work cross-functionally with teams from service, industry marketing teams, finance and training and be able to effectively manage these internal relationships from both their local geography and EMEA support teams.
- Identify new revenue opportunities for dealers utilizing offerings from the company including hardware, software, and services. Offer best solutions.
- Responsible for delivering and/or coordinating resources to provide consistent and quality sales, service and solutions training.
- Identify needs of a dealership and adapt training and communication as required and have strong ability and experience identifying, developing and closing business opportunities.
- Reporting to GM Russia. Conducts regular (min. quarterly) business reviews with partner executives to review mutual revenue and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales person with
- 6-7 years of experience in sales. Mandatory is the printing business. Extensive experience selling into or for office equipment dealerships with a deep understanding of solution selling.
- Knowledge and network of the top Russian Distributors/Dealerships within the printing business.
- Knowledge and relationship with top resellers and system integrators into Russia and more specifically into the Moscow region.
- Strong sales with entrepreneurship behavior but with strong resilience and corporate environment understanding.
- ENGLISH – FLUENT. Additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Microsoft dynamics is an advantage.
