The goal of the role is to lead and execute marketing/ strategy plans for Milka brand in Russia.
This role supports Senior Brand Manger, ensuring smooth roll out of key brand initiatives, including full scale launch support - development and execution (KV and POSM, sales roadshow, digital, PR, etc).
The role works closely with the Market Sales teams in order to develop customized solutions for key retailers for each launch/ subbline, as well as National support for the key launches. The role is responsible for developement of plans to be reflected in annual contact.
Please note this is a maternity leave role!
Responsibilities:
- Executes annual category marketing plans for P&L delivery with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon.
- Develops 360degree support programms for all NPD launches, brand relaunches, including BTL, Digital, sales activation
- Execution of superior consumer and customer activations of agreed brand equity, renovation and innovation 4-2-1‘s
- working with BU category activation, agencies and locally adapted brand communication in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy, schedule and calendar
- Local adaptation of ATL
- Briefing and development of digital creative
- Understands a brand P&L and its relevant profit levers across the cluster/country
- Supports profitability improvement projects (Productivity)
- Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
- 10)Leads tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriate
- 11)Understands the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
- 12)Internal reporting and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Marketing
- Good commang of English
- Min of 3 years’ relevant experience in blue chip multinational FMCGs in Marketing department
- In-depth understanding of consumer needs
- Influencing senior teams
- Experience in BTL, digital activations
