Juice Branch of Сoca-Cola HBC Russia announces a competition for the position of Customer Shopper Manager.
Responsibilities
Shopper tools development & customization:
- Develop customized shopper strategies for each of key accounts based one overall Multon strategy and priorities/strategies of key accounts.
- Adapt channels picture of success to key customers (assortment, listing plan equipment placement, planograms)
- Develop customized selling stories supporting new launches and/or changes in the category
- Control shopper strategies execution within key customers
- Develop picture of success for different formats of big clients
Leading of customer shopper projects:
- Juice CatMan projects in collaboration with CCH
- Lead customized projects, incl. tailor-made product launches, new categories and consumption occasions development
- Develop tailor-made promo activities based on marketing strategy, including potential integration in customer programs (loyalty etc.)
Analytics of performance and opportunities in key customers:
- Enrich understanding of key account shopper and business through all-encompassing review of available shopper and sales data, exchange expertise and ideas with clients via regular (quarterly) reviews done together with CCH team.
- Regular analytics on customer level, translated into actions
- Constantly monitors customer retail environment and identification of customer-specific shopper opportunities to drive revenue, creates recommendations for relevant departments and initiating shopper projects
- Leads implementation of best solution and innovative ideas , working through cross system team (Multon, CCH).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good understanding of category management and shopper behavior; shopper marketing principles
- Knowing approaches, strategies and drivers for key retailers to develop categories (change assortment, activate, change outline of categories or developing new point of sales in store); understand retailers internal practices related to above.
- Organizational skills and leadership (including ability to lead cross-functional project team);
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical skills;
- Influencing skills;
- Ability to demonstrate development of new tools and processes;
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills;
- English: upper-intermediate or higher.
- Excellent use of MS Office with strong emphasis in PowerPoint.
Experience Required:
- University degree;
- 3+ years of experience in big retailer / catman / OBPPC / shopper marketing / customers marketing
- Experience in projects leading;
- Portfolio of implemented projects/cases is a plus.
