Now We are looking for a 2nd line support specialist/System administrator. 2nd line support specialist/System administrator provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control computers in Russia region (300 machines)
- Manage applications, packages, Windows OS build, DELL drivers
- Create, configure, test and deploy applications (SCCM)
- Maintain and develop scripts (PowerShell and VBS)
- Manage Windows Updates (WSUS and SCCM)
- Resolve incidents and problems related to software deployment and Windows OS build
- Provide other incidents and problems raised by 1st support line and other IT teams
- Participating in IT projects
- Maintain technical documentation
- Research and testing new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Telecommunication or student
- PowerShell and VBS practical knowledge
- General Windows 7, Windows 10 knowledge
- General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
- Basic SCCM knowledge
- Experienced in software packaging and deployment in large enterprise
- Basic knowledge of Dell equipment – laptops / desktops / servers
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical way of thinking, target oriented
- Willing to learn new technologies and develop IT skills
- Well organized, open-minded and team player person
- Fluent English, min B2
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as IT support analyst, System Engineer or similar
