Responsibilities:
- Creating, editing and publishing material shipment requests for telecommunication equipment (base station GSM, UMTS, LTE, multiplexors, etc);
- Working with equipment configurations in ERP systems, Unistar, CCM CC, CCM DC to support site installation/material outbound processes;
- Modification of configurations manually;
- Operational and analytical activities in ERP systems (Unistar CFG, SCM, CCM CC, CCM DC, ISDP etc.);
- Monitoring of stock availability and control of equipment arrival to sites on time;
- Monitoring of equipment/materials shipment from the warehouse;
- Support the processes of revenue recognition for the shipped equipment;
- Support of return process and replacement of faulty equipment;
- Communication with the project team, field managers and other related departments for KPI achievement.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with large amount of information and data;
- Familiar with telecommunication equipment (Wireless, Microwave and etc.);
- Advanced user of MS Excel;
- Multitasking;
- Attentiveness and diligence;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Focus on teamwork and results.
