MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate to create, build and execute the next business cycle Marketing Strategy.
- Understand adidas marketing commercial strategy, work with functional areas and analytics to identify, size, plan, co-ordinate, deliver and validate initiatives that will drive digital revenue, cost and business improvement targets.
- Market and Global Adidas Opportunities Review. Review new technologies to keep at the forefront of developments in Digital Marketing;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, create, deliver and track the initiatives;
- Business Case preparation & validation. Analyze current business solutions and requirements. Define areas for possible improvements and automation;
- Provide org. changes required to run, including business process changes;
- Project management or\and PM support in the area of responsibility;
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction. Developing partnerships with internal stakeholders & external sources.
KPI’S OF THE ROLE
- Stakeholders feedback;
- Timely projects delivery of applications or technology.
MAIN TASKS
- All Marketing related projects;
- Internal business customers (Marketing department, other departments);
- Global HQ/IT colleagues for related projects;
- IT vendors, contractors (where applicable).
REQUIREMENTS
- Domain expertise across CRM and Relational Strategy, digital marketing, social media and mobile that will enable creation of optimized user experiences in Digital and Mobile.
- Knowledge of ecommerce concepts and general terminology.
- 5+ years work experience, ideally in an apparel/fashion or retailing context. Proven Project management knowledge and experience.
- Higher degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, planning, information systems, or operations; MBA is a plus.
- Highly disciplined with a self-starter mentality that can help generate new skills and capabilities to the organization.
- Focused on tangible results: elaborate a business, commercial and financial system leading to revenue generating marketing communications.
- Fuelled by innovation – capable of helping to define and launch evolved digital services.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.
English Level Fluent
