CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER CONSUMER Lines Of Business (LOB)
Preferred office location: group’s HQ in Limassol, Cyprus
Role: Primarily responsible for profitable growth of current LOB to consumer RTM (Routs To Market such as retail, e-tail) in all countries we operate, as well as responsible for the introduction and successful of new valuable product lines which create profitable new revenue streams.
Key Functions:
- Manage the central team of Business Development Managers (BDM), Product Line Managers (PLM) of Consumer LOB from financial, sales-marketing, operations, growth perspectives;
- Liaise and manage the relationships with key vendors and retail partners;
- Manage Sales through Local offices, together with local management and focus groups assigned for the business;
- Responsible to set up and lead execution of strategic goals , KPI targets for focus groups under management and ensuring achievement of targets;
- Execute all running Contracts and manage further Sales development;
- Report to CEO and Management Board of the group the plans and results of the Business unit and corrective actions when needed.
Secondary Functions:
- Liaise with Suppliers offices and ensuring correct processes between Business Development Managers/Directors and Suppliers;
- Liaise with Research and Development department ensuring that processes of projects development is happening on time and according to the company’s rules;
- Discuss and analyze the results of Return Merchandise Authorization with the Warranty Director and take corrective actions towards the suppliers;
- Visit offices and ensure assistance on sales process;
- Manages the Intellectual Property Rights reporting to the management;
- Manages the Funds accumulation/use under supervision of financial control organization;
- Assigns MBO tasks, Approves vacations, and Bonuses of his/her subordinates.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree in Business administration or any other related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience of Information and Communication Technology products, accessories consumer products either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM;
- Experienced in management from 5 +;
- Experienced in product matrix set and product placements to CE retail chains;
- Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management;
- Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills;
- Working experience on an international landscape;
- Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support;
- Fluency in English, Russian.
