Core Responsibilities
- Handle Customer?s orders from generation to delivery execution
- Be a single point of contact on supply related questions to Customers / Sales team and to handle LEGO customers claims on time
- Ensure shipment to customers is reliable, on time, consistent, in line with current legislation, operation model and trade terms (includes if needed inventory/sales data weekly update, replenishment plan generation (via Customer replenishment tool), order composition, transport / capacity planning, delivery tracking) - Follow Order Management rules and internal processes
- Ensure on-time dispatch from Regional Distribution Center, delivery to Customers and invoicing of shipped orders
- Ensure excellent launches / promo execution (on time, in right volume and assortment)
- Own / support POSM warehose activities, prcesses and procedures
- Analyze performance related to Customer?s under responsibility (Out of stocks, service level, stocks, delivery service, launch
- adherence etc), act to ensure target KPI achievement
- Ensure proper and timely month closure, root cause analysis of all agreed KPI and their achievement

The LEGO Operations Department?s key focus area is being the ultimate owner of the overall flow of goods to the Market place. Starting from the analysis of the current performance and trends, sending signals to production sites on SKU level with a 18 month horizon, ending with the execution of the flow of goods to the customer shelves. To secure the above responsibilities solid and transparent end to end order processing needs to be in place.
As a senior member of Customer Service team you will own and lead end to end customer?s order processing, customers invoicing and financial documents turnover, launch and promo excellent execution, claims handling, relevant analysis, month closure. You will have a The LEGO Operations Department?s key focus area is being the ultimate owner of the overall flow of goods to the Market place. You will have a great opportunity to manage processes related to local POSM warehouse and ERP systems development.
Do you have what it takes?
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or logistics department
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to successful contact with internal and external customers
- Advanced Excel mastery (30 min local test will be a part of interview process)
- Mastery in Internal Data systems (SAP, 1C)
- Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues, incl. pro-active issues solving

This role carries the ownership of flow of goods process for LEGO?s biggest Russian Customers, with a specific focus on Service level and the smooth supply from Europe to Customers shelves -- a lot of communication but also technical mastery and analytics.
