About the business unit
You will join a team of highly skilled and passionate colleagues across sales, marketing and regional market access functions. Together the teams are responsible for our insulin business in Russia from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka and work on the development of our long-term strategies to daily execution. Your immediate superior will be the Regional Market Access Lead, Russia. You will be located in Moscow.
The position
In this position you will lead and develop the field-based capabilities in the affiliate; Develop and execute the Market Access Plan according to the overall affiliate business plan and strategy in the key account function.
You will be contributing to maximize the value of Novo Nordisk business in affiliate by ensuring excellence in Market Access execution and representing Novo Nordisk vision, values and commitments when facing the customer. You will develop, implement and manage projects to strengthen the position of Novo Nordisk in regional markets.
Your main tasks will be projects management and keys regional Market Access activities.
You will ensure close collaboration and coordination with FSMs to deliver on key Market Access tasks of projects; coordinate cross-functionally within Business Unit.
You will strengthen and promote Market Access planning tools together with the cross-functional team and insure their execution by ASM/FSMs.
Create a new sustainable Market Access tools/project to enhance leadership positions in the market; support engagement with local authorities, payers, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders.
You will develop the national plan for regional market access based on the inputs from ASM/FSM, monitor the execution on a quarterly basis.
You will cooperate with GAMA in creation and cascading of projects, federal documents, letters at the regional level, adaptation of federal GAMA projects to the specifics of the region.
Qualifications
- A degree in medicine/pharmaceutics/ PhD in medicine is a plus, a degree in business or similar
- More than 5 years of experience in sales or regional market access departments as Key Account Manager or Market Access Manager with international pharmaceutical manufacturer (in endocrinology is a plus)
- Experience in implementing regional market access projects (experience in Central Russia is a plus)
- Regional Health Care system understanding
- Experience in analysing complex issues, utilising strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans
- Ability to work within a cross functional team
- Experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (HCPs, KOLs, governments, payers, insurers, policy makers and other)
- Good negotiation skills; effectively solve problems, and secure results
- Willingness to business trip for all Russia
- English is essential, Russian is obligatory.
