EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Explore and analyse Airline Industry to identify common trends and opportunities
- Explore and analyse TOP International airlines and their IT Landscape
- Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
- In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
- Compose and deliver sales presentations covering SAP and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.
- Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations in support of sales cycles. Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
- Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
- Support Design Thinking workshops to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student Information Technology/Computer Science/Economics/Management or University Students close to closure
- Excellent customer and colleagues focus and communication skills (oral/written)
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
- Fast learner with IT affinity
- Willingness to help and support
- Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written) is required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Students of senior courses;
- Fluent in English and local language, written and spoken;
- Demonstrated leadership and proven record of success in (extra-) curricular activities;
- Strong communication skills coupled with an aptitude and passion for public speaking;
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to learn and create;
- Strong work ethic that delivers high quality results and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced organization;
- Relationship-oriented possessing an aptitude for quickly creating and nurturing connections with individuals from different cultures;
- Sales-oriented skills and «can do/make it happen» attitude;
- Knowledge of Metal & Mining business processes and industry trends would be your advantage;
- Experience in a sales environment would be your advantage;
Experience preferably in a technology company or experience in Airlines would be your advantage
